No platform payments

Broad Street Bibs does not facilitate, process, escrow, or guarantee user-to-user payments for entries. Any optional platform verification fee is unrelated to race-entry transfer and is non-refundable.

User responsibility

You are solely responsible for verifying identity, legitimacy, and transfer eligibility. You must use only the official transfer process.

No guarantees; limitation of liability

We do not verify users, guarantee listing legitimacy, or guarantee transfer success. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Broad Street Bibs and its operators are not liable for scams, fraud, losses, disputes, failed transfers, or any direct/indirect damages arising from use of this platform.

Safety requirements

Do not share sensitive information (SSN, banking credentials, passwords, government IDs) in messages.

Account moderation

Accounts and listings may be approved, rejected, suspended, or removed for safety or policy reasons.
