How Transfers Work

1A lister with a race entry who cannot run creates a listing and completes verification review.

2The system draws a lottery match suggestion. Every day a listing waits adds 1 extra lottery entry, increasing its chances.

3Admin reviews and approves the suggested pair, then the seeker gets a 24-hour confirmation email.

4If the seeker confirms in time, both parties receive intro emails and complete the official transfer process. Admin then closes and archives the pair.

5If the seeker does not respond in 24 hours, that listing auto-pauses and the matched lister listing reopens on daily review.

6Active seeker listings also get periodic “still looking?” emails; missed reconfirmation auto-pauses the listing until reconfirmed.
