Lottery Match Flow
1. More waiting time = better lottery odds
Every active listing in either bucket gets one extra lottery entry each day, which improves match odds.
2. Approved match + official transfer
Bucket 1 listings require forwarded race-confirmation email review before eligibility. After approval and confirmation, both parties are introduced and complete the official transfer process outside Broad Street Bibs.
Individual listings are not publicly displayed.
Matching is managed behind the scenes. When a match is made, both parties receive email instructions to continue through the official transfer process.
